Welcome to the Refugio Palmeras
Our holiday flat "Refugio Palmeras" is located in the bungalow complex PLAYMAR in the Campo International in Maspalomas. The quiet and well-kept bungalow complex is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the south of Gran Canaria. An ideal place to enjoy the wonderful sunny climate of Gran Canaria all year round.
In the immediate vicinity of the complex PLAYMAR Maspalomas there is a supermarket, a taxi rank and bus stops with direct connections to the airport, among others. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Other leisure facilities such as the botanical garden, the Holiday-World amusement centre with rides, restaurants and fitness studio, golf and tennis courts as well as the CC Yumbo Centre are within short walking distance.
The beach of Playa del Inglese is about a 30-minute walk away, the beach of Maspalomas with its famous dunes and nature reserve about a 40-minute walk. However, both can also be easily reached by bus or car.
Our Bungalow
Description
Our renovated corner bungalow “Refugio Palmeras” is located in the PLAYMAR Maspalomas complex in a quiet yet central location within the complex. On the ground floor, it has a private, fenced terrace (approx. 12 m²) facing south as well as a living area with sofa bed (lying surface 140 x 200 cm), Smart-TV (SAT reception for German and international programmes) and free internet access. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine is at your disposal.
Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed (150 x 200 cm), air conditioning and small balcony and the bathroom with toilet and shower. 1 set of towels per person and bed linen are included in the rental price (there is no linen change during your stay).
There is a swimming pool with separate children’s pool and sun loungers in the communal area.
The bungalow is suitable for max. 3 persons; pets are not allowed.
Our bungalow can be rented at special prices for a maximum of 6 weeks. If you are interested, just write to us!
