In the immediate vicinity of the complex PLAYMAR Maspalomas there is a supermarket, a taxi rank and bus stops with direct connections to the airport, among others. The beach of Playa del Inglese is about a 30-minute walk away, the beach of Maspalomas with its famous dunes and nature reserve about a 40-minute walk. However, both can also be easily reached by bus or car.

Description

Our renovated corner bungalow “Refugio Palmeras” is located in the PLAYMAR Maspalomas complex in a quiet yet central location within the complex. On the ground floor, it has a private, fenced terrace (approx. 12 m²) facing south as well as a living area with sofa bed (lying surface 140 x 200 cm), Smart-TV (SAT reception for German and international programmes) and free internet access. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine is at your disposal.

Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed (150 x 200 cm), air conditioning and small balcony and the bathroom with toilet and shower. 1 set of towels per person and bed linen are included in the rental price (there is no linen change during your stay).

There is a swimming pool with separate children’s pool and sun loungers in the communal area.

The bungalow is suitable for max. 3 persons; pets are not allowed.

  We stayed at Playmar for 6 nights. The complex is pleasant and the accommodation was well-equipped but slightly dated. However, there is a severe lack of parking and poor pool management: 90% of people disregard the rules and reserve sunbeds and parasols for the day without actually being there. There are also no lifeguards on duty during the week.

A small, cozy cottage, perfect for two people. Shops are nearby, and the swimming pool is 15 meters away. The pool is not heated in the winter. The coast is a 30-minute walk away, and many restaurants and shops are within a 20-minute walk. Thank you, Thomas, for letting us rent your cottage, and thank you for the fruit basket already provided: bottles of still and sparkling water, two cans of beer, a fruit basket, as well as shower gel and toilet paper. It was a lovely stay, and we definitely recommend this cottage to everyone.

  Super nice location. Great accommodations. The welcome from Axel and Isabella was also really well organized.
